Easiest Nutella Cookies

Nutella was on sale at Loblaws so that was all the incentive I needed to pick up a big jar of it. I was eating it straight out of the jar, sneaking spoonfuls every 15 minutes when I started to feel guilty about it.  If I put it in cookie form it wouldn’t seem so bad. Flour and eggs have nutritional  value – right?  I’ve been salivating over so many scrumptous looking Nutella recipes on Pinterest and have yet to try one. Tonight I bit the bullet and made this super easy recipe. The dough starts out crumbly but when you roll it into balls it comes together. When baked, the cookies start out chewy and soft in the middle but harden up a little as they cool. They’re sweet and yummy with  subtle hazelnut flavour.

Easiest Nutella Cookies

1 cup Nutella

½ cup sugar

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 whole egg

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Blend all ingedients together well. Form into 1″ balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Press down firmly with the bottom of a glass. Bake 7-8 minutes or until set. Cool.
