My friend Steve come over a while ago and treated me to a home cooked meal of steaks on the Cuisinart Griddler. He found this great marinade recipe on http://www.allrecipes.com and I was super impressed! All the flavours are so well balanced. Unlike another marinade I had tried earlier this summer, the soy sauce and the Worchesterchire sauce didn’t overpower the mixture, and the overall effect was something that brought out the meatiness of the steaks rather than masking it. I really like this marinade! Definite all star recipe.
