As I mentioned on the About page, I have tons of cookbooks but plan on cooking from my more recent ones. Here’s a photo of that collection. I’m also a huge fan of Food Network Canada and plan on trying a few recipes by my favourite tv chefs Anna Olsen, Chuck Hughes and Michael Smith. And I have many magazines including Fine Cooking, Martha Stewart Living, Everyday Food, Gourmet, Food and Drink, and Cooking Light. Stay tuned!
